Hi, I'm Mils

I've played sport most of my life, and these past few years my body (especially my knees) have started reminding me about every one of those years. Add the usual aches that come with getting a little older, and I found myself sitting out games I used to look forward to.

I wasn't the only one. I watched family and mates go through the same thing — carrying a niggle for months, cutting weekend runs short, or quietly doing less of what they loved, because nothing they tried actually helped them feel steadier and more comfortable.

So I set out to build something better: recovery gear that's actually tested, genuinely supportive, and simple enough that anyone can use straight out of the box. No clinical jargon, no overpriced gadgets — just products that help your body keep up with your life.

We've since helped 5000 Aussie families move a little easier and get back to doing what they enjoy. We're still a small business, so every single order means a lot, and I've been genuinely grateful for the support so far.

I started RecovaPlus+ to share that feeling of getting your movement back with as many people as I can. And I'd love to share it with you too.

So try out our best sellers below at a big discounted price. If something's not right for you within 30 days, we'll sort a size exchange or your money back — that's how confident I am they'll help you the way they've helped me.

This is only the beginning!
